What’s Inside:

This package contains 3 templates that covers the following:

1.) Sales Staff’s Roles & Responsibilities, Success Measures, and Daily Management System.

2.) Store-in-Charge’s Roles & Responsibilities, Success Measures, and Daily Management System.

3.) Retail Sales Officer’s Roles & Responsibilities, Success Measures, and Daily Management System.

Please note that the example used in this template is for selling inks and printers.  Also, the store-in-charge also performs selling function because he/she normally just have 1 or 2 sales staffs in the store.  You need to customize this template based on your business situation.

 

Applicable For:

This document is applicable for medium-sized Retail Sales Team with 2-4 members.  Please note the following:

1.) If you have less team members, you many need to combine the different roles in your team.

2.) If you have more team members, you may need to split the other work to your other team members.
